Senior Instructional Designer

About the Role: Skillsoft is seeking an experienced Part-Time Senior Instructional Designer to join our Content Engineering team. You will bring content scripts to life through visualization and instructional graphics, delivering high-quality digital learning solutions across various product types.

What You'll Do

• Create visual storyboards based on scripts and recommend appropriate instructional design approaches.
• Support the graphics and media team in the visualization and implementation of storyboards.
• Create supporting materials for courses and videos, such as course overviews and introductions.
• Conduct design and deliverables' walkthroughs with stakeholders, ensuring a positive impact.
• Review deliverables for completeness and compliance, and revise content based on feedback.

What You Bring

• 7+ years of professional experience in Instructional Design specifically for a US content/audience.
• A Bachelor's degree along with experience in proofreading and editorial tasks.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Polished presentation skills, ability to influence, and excellent attention to detail.
