Senior Infrastructure Engineer

About the Role: At Webflow, we are building the world's leading AI-native Digital Experience Platform. We are looking for a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to improve the reliability and stability of our customer-facing production infrastructure, serving millions of page views per hour for over 2 million users worldwide.

What You'll Do

• Own and evolve the cloud substrate including the compute layer, EKS fleet, networking, and cloud operations across AWS and GCP.
• Design and maintain the networking fabric connecting Webflow's services, ensuring reliability, security, and scalability.
• Build and enforce guardrails around IAM, SCPs, and scoped permissions.
• Drive FinOps across the cloud footprint, owning cost attribution and right-sizing recommendations.
• Build and maintain AI-powered automation for policy-as-code, drift detection, and LLM-assisted runbook generation.

What You Bring

• 5+ years of experience owning and operating cloud infrastructure in a customer-facing environment with little to no downtime.
• Deep hands-on experience with AWS and managing Kubernetes clusters at scale.
• Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools like Pulumi or Terraform.
• Experience navigating multi-region or multi-cloud environments on AWS or GCP.
• Bonus: Experience with Karpenter, GCP infrastructure, and building AI-assisted infrastructure tooling.
