Senior Influencer Manager

About the Role: We are looking for a Senior Influencer Manager to lead influencer strategy and execution across high-impact client accounts. This is a senior, client-facing role that blends strategy, creative direction, execution ownership, and commercial thinking to ensure the influencer function runs smoothly and predictably.

What You'll Do

• Develop influencer and content strategies tailored to client objectives, defining formats, creator profiles, and creative direction.
• Lead the full influencer campaign lifecycle from brief to launch, optimization, and results analysis.
• Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for assigned accounts, guiding clients through strategy and execution.
• Lead creator discovery, shortlisting, and own content approvals ensuring quality and brand alignment.
• Set up and maintain creator-related workflows in systems like Airtable, ensuring accurate data and deliverables.
• Guide and oversee Mid-level and Junior Influencer Managers on key accounts.

What You Bring

• 4+ years in influencer marketing with a proven track record of delivering successful influencer campaigns.
• Ability to translate client briefs into influencer strategies, creative direction, and execution plans.
• Strong instincts for content formats, creator-brand fit, and conversion metrics across platforms.
• Comfortable working in structured systems (Airtable, Notion, ClickUp) and maintaining clean workflows.
• Confident, clear communicator with senior stakeholders, especially US-based clients (Fluent English is a must).
