Senior I Fullstack Engineer, Emerging Products & Product Platform

About the Role: At Vanta, our mission is to help businesses earn and prove trust. We are hiring Senior Fullstack Product Engineers to build emerging products and contribute to our Product Platform. You will have the opportunity to work on high-impact teams such as Third Party Risk Management, Monetization, Expansion, Collaboration, or Customer Trust Automation.

What You'll Do

• Lead complex projects with multiple stakeholders and engineers to accelerate our roadmap and land impact faster.
• Collaborate with other teams across Vanta on cross-cutting engineering initiatives and building common product primitives.
• Mentor engineers up to your own level, helping them develop their skills over the course of each project.
• Make effective tradeoffs that consider business priorities, user experience, and a sustainable technical foundation.

What You Bring

• 5+ years of full stack experience with an emphasis on backend skills.
• Experience building user-facing SaaS products over multiple years, ideally for both startups and enterprise users.
• Experience building 0→1 products and solving tough engineering problems in environments that prioritize bias for action.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and team leadership skills.
• Bonus: Experience with our core tech stack: React, TypeScript, Node.js, GraphQL, and MongoDB.
