Senior Growth Marketer

About the Role: BitterBrains, creators of popular learning platforms like Unlearn.dev and Vue School, is seeking a Senior Growth Marketer. You will own growth and product marketing end-to-end, with a primary focus on driving acquisition, activation, and revenue for Unlearn.dev.

What You'll Do

• Build and scale growth engines across email, SEO, and content.
• Own the CRM with approximately 500,000 contacts and optimize funnels, landing pages, and lifecycle journeys.
• Run go-to-market strategies and product launches while owning analytics, attribution, and ARR reporting.
• Leverage AI to research, write, build automated marketing workflows, and run campaigns end-to-end.

What You Bring

• 5+ years of experience in growth/product marketing within SaaS, tech, or ed-tech.
• Master-level email and lifecycle marketing experience with proven ownership of revenue or growth.
• Solid analytics skills (attribution, CRO, product analytics) and a talent for high-converting copy.
• Excellent async communication skills and high tech-savviness, including comfortable usage of AI tools.
• Bonus: Experience with a developer audience, SEO, and the ed-tech industry.
