Senior Graphic Designer

About the Role: KAIZEN Asset Management Services, a leading property management firm in Dubai, is currently hiring a Senior Graphic Designer. In this role, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs that effectively communicate our brand and property offerings while collaborating with our marketing team.

What You'll Do

• Create visually appealing and impactful designs for marketing materials, including brochures, advertisements, social media graphics, and website layouts.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute creative concepts aligned with brand guidelines.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while adhering to strict deadlines.
• Work closely with printers and external vendors to ensure high-quality production of marketing materials.
• Review and provide feedback on design deliverables from junior designers or external agencies.

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field with proven experience as a graphic designer.
• A strong portfolio showcasing your work across both print and digital platforms.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
• Bonus: Experience in the real estate or property management industry.
