Position Overview

We are seeking an exceptionally logical, detail-driven, and system-minded Senior Full-Stack React C# Developer to join our core enterprise application division under a permanent, full-time remote engagement framework open to candidates based anywhere across Mexico or Colombia. Operating at the foundational layer of our mission-critical client platforms, you will step up to claim absolute individual design patterns execution, server-side data access, and frontend rendering performance accountability. Shifting completely away from low-stakes template scripting, basic visual configuration tweaks, or non-technical support ticket logging, you will run an active cloud service orchestration, complex query tuning, and multi-tier application scaling laboratory—partnering face-to-face with multi-disciplinary software architects, UI/UX designers, database admins, and cross-functional product owners. This position requires a software artisan with 5+ years of full-stack experience who builds elegant web client architectures fluidly natively using React for the client side and C#/.NET for the core backend, evaluates database access bottlenecks cleanly across Entity Framework, and directs cloud feature rollouts confidently into secure Azure environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Full-Stack Architecture and Scaling: Architect, implement, and maintain highly robust, scalable web applications, utilizing clean component designs natively utilizing React across the frontend interface.
• Resilient .NET Middleware Engineering: Author, debug, and optimize stable, highly secure backend web services, microservice endpoints, and RESTful APIs utilizing C# architecture benchmarks.
• Structural Code Patterns Governance: Apply advanced software engineering design patterns consistently (including MVC, Singleton, and Repository patterns) to defend the long-term maintainability and modular flexibility of the codebase.
• High-Performance Database Layering: Build, scale, and manage relational database access systems inside MSSQL Server, leveraging Entity Framework or ADO.NET pipelines to minimize transactional latency.
