Senior Full Stack Engineer - Team Lead

About the Role: At RxVantage, we're a small company with a big mission: to connect healthcare providers with the right life science experts. The Senior Full Stack Engineer is a team lead who drives platform development by making architecture decisions to ensure we are building quality applications and products. You will be responsible for building, expanding, and scaling both our APIs and our user-facing applications.

What You'll Do

• Architect and develop highly scalable web applications by building and scaling our APIs (GraphQL) and user-facing applications.
• Lead a team of engineers by setting standards and best practices, while also conducting code reviews.
• Advance the architecture of our platform to solve business problems at scale with reusable, test-driven, efficient code.
• Interact with business stakeholders and the product team as the technical lead to develop new products and features.

What You Bring

• 7+ years of enterprise experience as a web developer, with a proven track record of mentoring junior developers and leading teams.
• 2+ years of experience with ReactJS and 2+ years building server-side applications in NodeJS.
• Strong skills in Javascript, ES6, TypeScript, Git, and building GraphQL or REST APIs (preferably GraphQL).
• Excellent understanding of relational databases (PostgreSQL) and deep knowledge of object-oriented design (DRY, SOLID, GoF, DDD).
• Bonus: Experience with Vue, Ruby, CSS-in-JS, or mobile development tools like React Native.
