Senior Full-Stack Engineer (React-focused)

About the Role: PhantomBuster is a web automation SaaS enabling companies to boost their growth. We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer with a strong React focus to help build our new AI native platform from scratch — our future AI Sales Coach — while maintaining the existing product.

What You'll Do

• Take ownership of features for PhantomBuster and our new AI product, working closely with your Product Manager and Squad Lead.
• Maintain and develop high-quality front-end features and our Design System.
• Improve and maintain the test suite (unit to E2E) using Jest and Cypress.
• Champion AI-assisted engineering: from code generation and testing to debugging.
• Participate in team support duty to report and fix bugs across the stack.

What You Bring

• 5+ years of experience in product development, overseeing the whole CI/CD pipeline.
• Strong proficiency in React and strict TypeScript, alongside backend familiarity with Node.js.
• Successful experience leveraging AI into production and working as a pure project owner.
• A builder mindset—you do not block on backend tasks and are comfortable proposing solutions across the repo.
• Fluent English communication skills and a collaborative, problem-solving approach.
