Position Overview

We are seeking a highly autonomous Senior Full Stack Engineer to architect, build, and scale high-performance web applications from the database layer straight through to the browser. Depending on project alignment, your work will center around our Content Solutions (headless CMS, enterprise publishing, SEO) or Digital Product (complex stateful applications, API architecture, real-time features) practices. You will own end-to-end solutions across the entire stack, utilizing TypeScript, React, and Next.js to deliver premium, pixel-perfect user experiences that perform flawlessly under real-world conditions.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Feature Ownership: Drive the delivery of key product features from initial concept and architectural design through to live deployment and post-launch optimization.
• Full Stack Architecture: Architect dynamic web experiences, design stable API contracts, model relational/non-relational data, and implement effective caching strategies at the edge.
• Code & Velocity Optimization: Proactively identify technical bottlenecks (build processes, state management, content modeling) and introduce reusable components or tools to elevate the engineering team’s velocity.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Bridge the gap between ambitious creative vision and technical reality by collaborating closely with designers and strategists to challenge assumptions and build elegant solutions.
• Deliver Measurable Impact: Ship a tangible feature for a live client project from Day 1, and spearhead a significant project phase from concept to launch within your first 12 months.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Senior-level professional history architecting, developing, and deploying complex, full-stack web applications operating at scale.
• Deep technical expertise and fluency across the modern JavaScript ecosystem, specifically utilizing React, Next.js, and TypeScript for robust type safety.
• Proven capacity to think in scalable systems and components, effectively modeling data schemas and API routes that are both intuitive for developers and performant for users.
• Demonstrated experience navigating headless architectures, microservices, CMS configurations, and complex data flows.
• Strong, proactive problem-solving mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity, ask critical questions, and prototype solutions without waiting for perfect requirements.
• Location Context: 100% remote operational infrastructure open to qualified engineers permanently residing anywhere around the globe.
