Senior Full Stack Engineer

About the Role: We are seeking a highly talented and experienced Senior Full-stack Engineer (ReactJS/Java/GraphQL) to provide technical leadership in the design, integration, implementation, and transition of our enterprise SaaS human services system.

What You'll Do

• Provide technical leadership and develop a flexible design architectural approach for configurability, integrations, and data persistence.
• Specify and troubleshoot API integrations in an ecosystem of multiple systems.
• Contribute to the highest security, extensibility, reusability, and testing standards in system architecture.
• Ensure code quality through comprehensive testing, code reviews, and adherence to best practices.
• Mentor junior engineers and share knowledge to foster a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.

What You Bring

• 7+ years of software engineering experience.
• Proven, deep hands-on experience with React and TypeScript in production environments.
• Proficiency in Java for multi-tier web app development and track record of building/consuming GraphQL APIs.
• Experience with microservices, ElasticSearch, PostgreSQL, Redis, S3, Apache Kafka, and AWS/cloud deployment.
• Familiarity with Agile, TDD, CI/CD, REST APIs, and leading major IT application implementations.
