Responsibilities
Serve as the frontend technical lead for CMG’s DataLab product, helping set direction for the Mission Control team in the Western Hemisphere.
AI is changing how software gets built. In this role you'll contribute to the frontend development harness, push it hard as a daily user, and champion it across the team.
Develop and maintain complex, scalable user interfaces for web applications using React and TypeScript.
Partner with your cross functional product team to come up with the best solution, regardless of role boundaries or where the work technically sits.
Guide frontend architecture, component design, accessibility, performance, and developer experience improvements.
Contribute to overall product quality through unit, component, and E2E tests.
Qualifications
React: 5+ years
TypeScript: 5+ years
Software engineering: 10+ years
Experience leading frontend technical decisions, mentoring engineers, and driving UI architecture standards
Demonstrated ability to use agentic coding tools (we use Claude, Codex, and CoPilot) productively while maintaining high standards for correctness, security, maintainability, and team collaboration
Modern JavaScript ecosystem experience
Solid full-stack experience is expected (Node.js or otherwise, we are a .NET shop)
Fintech experience is a plus
