What You'll Do:

• Assist in building best-in-class financial operations, data accuracy, forecasting, and actionable analyses.
• Use AI tools to automate repetitive tasks, accelerate reporting, and free up time for strategic analysis.
• Embrace a culture of rigor, discipline, accuracy, consistency, and accountability across the organization.
• Partner with business teams to analyze trends, metrics, and revenue drivers (e.g., ARR, bookings, pipeline, churn).
• Drive operational improvements across all three financial statements.
• Master Adaptive Insights for financial reporting and workflows.
• Conduct ad-hoc scenario analyses to drive business changes.
• Lead portions of the monthly close process, resolve issues, and communicate findings.
• Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with company growth objectives.

What We're Looking For:

• 4+ years of financial analysis experience in SaaS/tech, PE, or VC-backed environments. A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields is required.
• Experience in SaaS GTM FP&A reporting, including forecasting and analyzing ARR, bookings, pipeline, and revenue drivers.
• Proficient in Excel and experience with Adaptive Insights or similar FP&A planning tools.
• Highly analytical with a keen eye for detail and a learning mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to explain complex financial data to non-financial stakeholders.
• Willingness to work hard and be rewarded for high-quality output.
