Senior Events Manager

About the Role: Ontic provides software that helps corporate and government security teams identify threats, assess risk, and respond faster. We are looking for a Senior Events Manager who treats events as a growth lever—where brand, community, and pipeline come together. You will run end-to-end planning and delivery across internal teams and external partners.

What You'll Do

• Build Ontic's event strategy and calendar across trade shows, hosted experiences, executive dinners, and the Ontic Summit.
• Lead end-to-end execution for priority events—from venue selection and run of show to staffing, on-site delivery, and post-event wrap.
• Own the end-to-end strategy and execution of Ontic Summit, evolving it into a category-defining experience.
• Partner with Field Marketing, Demand Gen, and Digital to ensure events are integrated into larger campaigns and drive pipeline.
• Use AI thoughtfully to streamline end-to-end event planning and execution while improving targeting and personalization.

What You Bring

• 7+ years of B2B event marketing experience, including ownership of large-scale conferences, tradeshows, and owned flagship events.
• Strong program management skills: planning rigor, budget ownership, vendor negotiation, and calm execution under pressure.
• Working knowledge of CRM (Salesforce), marketing automation (Marketo), and event/webinar platforms.
• Passion to use AI tools to accelerate workflows without sacrificing quality.
• Bonus: Experience marketing to enterprise security, risk, investigations, or adjacent B2B categories.
