About the Role: LocalStack is a fast-growing Series A startup building a high-fidelity emulator and local cloud development platform. We are looking for a Senior Enterprise Customer Success Manager (CSM) to operate as a strategic partner to our largest enterprise customers, ensuring they realize measurable value from our platform.

What You'll Do

  • Operate as a strategic partner to customers, leading success planning and aligning on business goals.
  • Maintain GRR >90% with risks proactively identified and mitigated ahead of renewal.
  • Ensure customers are actively using core use cases and continuously identify expansion opportunities.
  • Manage a portfolio of 10-20 enterprise accounts, working with IC to C-level stakeholders.
  • Engage credibly with engineering teams regarding cloud infrastructure, CI/CD workflows, and developer tooling concepts.

What You Bring

  • 7+ years of experience in Customer Success managing large enterprise customers, preferably in developer tooling or DevOps-focused SaaS.
  • Past executive presence to lead renewal conversations, QBRs, and value discussions.
  • Proven track record of driving strong retention outcomes (GRR) and expanding customer value.
  • Technical fluency to engage with engineering teams (no coding required).
  • Familiarity with HubSpot and other CS/CRM platforms.
