Senior Engineering Manager

About the Role: Trust Wallet is the leading non-custodial cryptocurrency wallet, trusted by over 200 million people worldwide. We are hiring an experienced Senior Engineering Manager to lead one of our cross-functional, feature-focused, product-oriented teams. This is a vertical leadership role where you'll drive both the technical and team execution for a key product area, owning it end-to-end.

What You'll Do

• Lead and grow a feature-focused engineering team (frontend, backend, and mobile engineers).
• Partner closely with Product and Design to define and deliver the roadmap for a core product vertical.
• Provide technical guidance, architectural direction, and hands-on support when needed.
• Attract, coach, and retain top engineering talent while ensuring strong engineering processes, velocity, and code quality.
• Contribute to cross-team alignment and long-term product strategy as part of the wider Engineering leadership group.

What You Bring

• 8–10+ years of total experience in software engineering with a strong foundation in full-stack development (backend and at least one frontend/mobile framework).
• 3–5+ years of engineering management leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, product-focused environment.
• Proven project and execution management skills to lead complex technical initiatives.
• A product mindset with the ability to balance technical excellence and pragmatic delivery.
• Bonus: Experience in the Web3 or blockchain space.
