About the Role: Sprout Social is looking for a Senior Director, FP&A (GTM) to lead our go-to-market financial strategy. You will be at the center of planning and performance management for Sales, Customer Success, and Support, driving executive-level insights and scalable processes across a complex organization. This high-visibility role involves partnering directly with the CRO and other C-suite leaders to guide investment decisions and drive sustainable growth.

What You'll Do

  • Own the financial strategy and performance management for the GTM organization, including Sales, CS, and Support.
  • Lead top-line forecasting (ARR, Revenue, RPO) and ensure accurate reporting for external disclosures.
  • Partner with the CRO and SVP of CX to influence resource allocation, growth efficiency, and strategic planning.
  • Oversee GTM spend management (~$150M), including commissions modeling, ROI analysis, and headcount planning.
  • Proactively frame scenarios and stress-test assumptions to anticipate business trends and risks.
  • Build and scale a high-performing FP&A team, establishing rigorous processes and leveraging AI/automation for decision support.

What You Bring

  • 12+ years of FP&A experience, with a heavy focus on GTM/Sales functions within a SaaS or subscription-based business.
  • 5+ years of people management experience, including scaling high-performing finance teams.
  • Proven track record of owning ARR, revenue forecasting, and key SaaS operating metrics.
  • Exceptional executive presence and communication skills to translate complex data into clear narratives.
  • Advanced financial modeling skills and familiarity with tools like Pigment, Anaplan, or Adaptive.
  • Experience with process transformation, automation, or AI-enabled forecasting in a high-growth environment.

Benefits

  • Competitive annual salary range: $200,000 – $330,000 USD (based on location and experience).
  • Comprehensive Health & Wellness (BCBSIL) and Premium Mental Health support (Modern Health).
  • 401(k) retirement plan with a 50% company match on the first 6%.
  • Restricted Stock Units (RSUs) as part of the equity plan.
  • Unlimited PTO policy, paid parental leave (up to 16 weeks), and $1,000 annual lifestyle stipend.
  • Remote-first environment with home office stipends and a culture of continuous improvement.
