Position Overview

We are seeking a highly autonomous, channel-fluent, and commercially sharp Senior Digital Account Manager to join our global Client Success division under a permanent, full-time 100% remote layout open across Brazil. In this strategic relationship seat, you will bypass basic transactional support queues to act as a core business advisory partner—owning a dedicated portfolio of high-value ongoing client retainer accounts (N4+) rather than short-term projects. Shifting completely away from routine non-regulated administrative data entry logs, basic website styling adjustments, or standalone technical ticket filing, you will operate an active account expansion, monthly retainer budget lifecycle management, and multi-platform performance optimization laboratory. Partnering directly next to our distributed design, frontend engineering, and content creation cells, you will translate executive business objectives into impeccable developer-ready briefs. This position requires a digital agency authority with 5+ years of account history (including 2+ years at a senior level) who guides multi-timezone client lifecycles fluidly natively using Sales Representative, SEO, and Project Management primitives, commands complete technical credibility across modern CMS platforms, and scales client expansion loops confidently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Retainer Portfolio Governance: Serve as the principal strategic contact and executive anchor for a portfolio of premium long-term monthly retainer accounts natively utilizing Sales Representative and client success primitives.
  • Account Expansion & Upsell Control: Proactively identify, build, and close expansion loops, introducing advanced technical utilities such as Webflow’s Optimize and Analyze products to scale client market share.
  • Cross-Functional Brief Instrumentation: Translate abstract client brand milestones into crystalline, structured engineering briefs for distributed design, development, and content production squads.
  • Retainer Budget Lifecycle Triage: Oversee and manage client retainer budgets month by month, configuring precise project scopes and mitigating overages or margin risks early.
  • Technical Performance Consultation: Lead technical growth conversations with enterprise stakeholders covering advanced CMS infrastructure capabilities, web platform performance, and SEO/AEO digital marketing trends.
  • Governance Review & Reporting Analytics: Structure and run regular performance governance reviews, authoring scannable tracking dashboards that demonstrate clear ROI data to clients.
  • Client Success Process Customization: Contribute directly to the structural expansion of the Client Success division, improving internal frameworks for scoping, execution tracking, and delivery handoffs.
  • Cross-Timezone Collaboration Syncing: Manage overlapping syncs seamlessly across distributed internal teams and global accounts located across New Zealand, Australia, North America, the UK, and Europe.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • A minimum of 5+ years of proven, successful professional history operating within a Digital Account Manager, Client Success Lead, Agency Relationship Manager, or closely matching tech-enabled business development capacity.
  • Mandatory Senior Agency Pedigree: A minimum of 2+ years of dedicated experience operating specifically at a Senior Account Management level, with a verifiable background handling high-leverage monthly retainer accounts inside a digital or creative agency.
  • Deep technical credibility discussing digital ecosystems, web architecture patterns, content management systems (CMS), and search parameters natively leveraging SEO fundamentals.
  • Outstanding project tracking and organization habits, with a documented track record managing client variables inside modern collaboration suites (such as Figma, Webflow, and Slack).
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and narrative communication strengths in English, with the mandatory requirement to submit all resume materials in English.
  • Location Context: Position operates under 100% remote parameters open exclusively to qualified digital growth and client partnership authorities residing permanently within Brazil.

Preferred Strategic Indicators (Nice to Have)

  • Prior platform or development background handling customer relationships explicitly for enterprise Webflow design builds, custom front-end digital interfaces, or high-growth B2B SaaS marketing platforms.
  • Prior experience rolling out client roadmaps across complex or heavy vertical industry lines.
