We are seeking a highly autonomous, systems-fluent, and data-proficient Senior OpenText Exstream Developer to drive the comprehensive engineering lifecycle of our enterprise communication platforms under a permanent, 100% completely remote global configuration working on European timezones. In this high-ownership development seat, you will be the absolute owner of transforming intricate, multi-tenant relational and structured data elements into highly personalized, automated multi-channel customer communication outputs—including high-fidelity PDF generation, optimized print layouts, and digital email formats. Shifting completely away from routine non-regulated administrative transcription data entry logs, basic visual website template layout adjustments, or manual support ticketing, you will operate an active data schema mapping, complex algorithmic logic compilation, and enterprise message broker infrastructure laboratory. This position requires an engineering authority with 4+ years of professional history who maps software architectures fluidly natively using Backend and CCM primitives, commands expert-level mastery across Exstream development suites, and navigates core Unix/Linux systems with high technical ease.

Key Responsibilities

• Template Architecture & Design Governance: Formulate, build, and optimize highly complex corporate document blueprints, responsive layouts, and master templates natively utilizing Exstream Designer and Design Manager suites.
• Diverse Data Pipeline Instrumentation: Map, extract, and connect diverse structured and unstructured enterprise data sources (including XML, JSON, CSV, and relational SQL databases) to dynamically populate localized communications.
• Conditional Logic Engineering: Implement, test, and maintain intricate conditional processing logic, structured business rules, relational rule validation models, and automated dynamic tables to prevent transaction failures.
• Upgrade & Migration Lifecycle Management: Lead forensic software upgrades and database migrations, moving legacy document frameworks safely onto next-generation OpenText Exstream platform versions.
• Asynchronous Integration Orchestration: Coordinate and fine-tune complex transaction bridges connecting communication layers cleanly to distributed web endpoints via REST/SOAP web services and enterprise message queues.
• Unix/Linux Production Diagnostics: Manage system deployments, write structural utility maintenance scripts, and troubleshoot runtime environment faults utilizing advanced shell scripting within Unix/Linux servers.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• A minimum of 4+ years of proven, successful professional software development history operating as a Senior OpenText Exstream Developer, CCM Solutions Architect, Backend Integration Engineer, Enterprise Document Automation Developer, or closely matching capacity.
• Expert OpenText Exstream Suite Command: Deep, practical working experience engineering documents, handling variable mappings, and managing assets natively inside Exstream Designer and Design Manager.
• Advanced technical literacy parsing and validating structured messaging schemas using XML, JSON, XSD, and relational SQL databases.
• Hands-on operational intimacy operating inside Unix/Linux production environments backed by professional fluency writing custom shell scripts (Bash/Sh).
