About the Role: ProperExpression is a fully remote boutique growth marketing agency specializing in B2B SaaS, Tech, and Professional Services. We are looking for a versatile, full-stack Senior Designer who lives at the intersection of web and graphic design to craft bold, data-informed creative concepts that drive conversions.

What You'll Do

• Creative Strategy: Lead the development of concepts that align with client goals and connect design with measurable business outcomes.
• Web Design: Create visually compelling, conversion-focused websites and landing pages with strong UI/UX.
• Advertising Design: Develop engaging digital ads for LinkedIn, Google Display, and Meta.
• Marketing Collateral & Branding: Design brochures, one-pagers, ebooks, and white papers, while developing and maintaining brand style guides.

What You Bring

• 5+ years of professional experience designing responsive web experiences and 3+ years in a fast-paced marketing agency environment.
• Proven track record designing for B2B marketing campaigns and assets.
• Strong UX/UI skills, 1+ years of experience in Figma, and 3+ years in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Comfortable leveraging AI tools to accelerate workflows and connect execution with performance analytics.
• Strong written and spoken English, with availability during USA EST business hours.
