Senior Data Analyst, Servicing

About the Role: Figure is transforming capital markets through blockchain and AI-driven automation. We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst for our Servicing operations to partner with Engineering, Loan Operations, Collections, and Customer Success. You will bridge the gap between complex operational data and actionable strategy to optimize the post-funding lifecycle.

What You'll Do

• Design and implement robust data models that transform raw servicing logs into structured, "gold-standard" datasets.
• Write high-performance BigQuery SQL and design intuitive Tableau dashboards for real-time decision-making.
• Build scalable frameworks to monitor delinquency trends, roll rates, and recovery performance.
• Create standardized data schemas to ensure a "single source of truth" for all servicing-related metrics.
• Translate complex operational workflows into logical data structures driving financial outcomes.

What You Bring

• 3–5+ years of experience using data to drive measurable business impact, specifically within loan servicing or operational analytics.
• Deep proficiency in SQL (preferably BigQuery) with expertise in complex joins, subqueries, and window functions.
• Working knowledge of Python for data manipulation and automating recurring servicing reports.
• Strong understanding of servicing-specific metrics such as Net Charge-Offs (NCO), recovery rates, and loss mitigation effectiveness.
• Bonus: Experience automating complex workflows with Python, a passion for forensic data analysis, and an appreciation for A/B testing.
