The role of Senior Customer Marketing & Growth Manager at Kantiv, a pursuit intelligence platform for Architecture, Engineering, and Construction firms, focuses on driving adoption, expansion, and renewal across the customer base. Reporting to the Director of Product Marketing, this position is embedded within the Customer Success team, ensuring close alignment with customer needs and business metrics.

What You'll Own

  • Growth Through the Customer Lifecycle: Collaborate with CS leadership to co-own adoption, expansion, and renewal strategies for key customer segments. Identify high-opportunity accounts, develop targeted programs to increase Average Contract Value (ACV) and Lifetime Value (LTV), and implement customer communications strategies across email, webinars, in-app interactions, events, and community platforms to drive measurable actions.

  • Advocacy & Community: Launch and scale a customer advocacy program in partnership with Customer Success and Product Marketing. Co-own and co-manage the Customer Advisory Board (CAB) alongside CS and PMM. Lead the strategy and project management for Kantiv’s customer community. Collect customer testimonials, quotes, and success stories to support sales enablement, website content, and campaigns. Establish feedback loops between customers and product/marketing teams to shape the roadmap and positioning.

  • Events & Engagement: Represent Kantiv at major industry events annually. Co-host customer webinars and virtual events to educate, inspire, and deepen product engagement. Collaborate with the Events team to maximize customer impact across the broader events program.

  • Metrics & Reporting: Define success metrics, build tracking frameworks, and share learnings across the team. Central to building a data-driven marketing function.

  • AI-Powered Execution: Leverage AI tools like Claude to accelerate content creation, research, personalization, and program execution. Help build the playbook for modern, AI-native customer marketing.

What Success Looks Like

  • Expansion & Retention: Customers grow ACV and renew at higher rates in close partnership with Customer Success.

  • Adoption: Customers activate features faster, use the product more deeply, and see increased value.

  • Advocacy: Net Promoter Score (NPS) climbs, references are plentiful, customer stories and quotes align with business goals, reviews are strong, and Customer Advisory Board members are engaged.

  • Operational Excellence: Programs are documented, repeatable, and scalable, not dependent on any single person.

What We're Looking For

You are a senior growth marketer with a passion for direct customer engagement or a customer/product marketer eager to grow. You have experience in a Series C, D, or E startup (under 300 people) where you’ve executed growth and customer marketing programs. You possess:

  • 5–7 years in Customer Marketing, Product Marketing, Lifecycle Marketing, or Go-to-Market Programs, with a track record of driving measurable business outcomes.

  • Builder’s mindset: You don’t wait for a playbook; you create it, execute it, measure it, and improve it. You thrive on autonomy and accountability.

  • Systemic thinking: You understand both the forest and the trees, and can seamlessly toggle between them. You grasp how your focus areas interconnect to drive revenue and impact top-line business goals.

  • Cross-functional influence: You rally CS, Sales, SDRs, and Product around shared goals without direct authority. You make collaboration feel effortless and energizing.

  • Tenacity as a project manager: You own your area end-to-end in a dynamic startup environment, from ideation to execution to reporting. Every detail is polished, deadlines are met, and priorities connect back to revenue.

  • Strong storytelling and communication skills, with customer empathy. You captivate and educate audiences in webinars or events and have polished, confident conversations with customers.

  • Fluency with AI tools: You thoughtfully leverage AI in your daily workflows and are excited to help build the future of customer marketing.

Preferred:

  • Experience in martech, salestech, revenue intelligence, or enablement technology.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot, Loops, or similar CRM/marketing automation platforms.
  • Curiosity about the AEC industry and empathy for customer experiences.

Note: This role requires collaboration with IST and PST teams and travel to major trade shows or customer events 3-4 times per year.
