About inBeat Agency: inBeat Agency is a tight-knit, data-driven creative enterprise partnering with some of the world’s largest global brands to engineer high-performing User Generated Content (UGC) and influencer marketing campaigns. We value high-impact execution alongside innovative, driven professionals, creating deep connections with like-minded creators to transform digital media performance frameworks at scale.
Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive Senior Creator Marketing Manager to take absolute end-to-end ownership of our enterprise creator campaigns. In this leadership-driven execution track, you will oversee the full campaign lifecycle—ranging from influencer sourcing and strategic vetting to legal agreements, final content delivery, and payment processing. This role is engineered for a manager who owns outcomes rather than simple checklists, collaborating tightly with project managers to protect production timelines and guiding internal UGC Coordinators to scale delivery assets smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End UGC Campaign Governance: Own the complete execution strategy of high-volume UGC campaigns, ensuring all digital media deliverables are completed on schedule and aligned with creative briefs.
- Creator Sourcing & Vetting: Identify, audit, and negotiate terms with digital creators and niche influencers based on brand identity parameters and target audience alignment.
- Communication Loop Management: Direct all external influencer touchpoints, including cold outreach cadences, follow-up parameters, and creative conflict or dispute resolutions.
- Team Leadership & Delegation: Supervise, mentor, and guide internal UGC Coordinators, distributing campaign tasks and monitoring delivery quality to maximize performance outcomes.
- Financial & System Administration: Oversee creator compensation distributions, handle contract agreements, and maintain internal tracking dashboards to ensure flawless operational record-keeping.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven professional background leading User Generated Content (UGC) architectures, influencer marketing campaigns, or brand partnership pipelines within an agency framework.
- Outstanding written and verbal English communication mechanics, optimized for high-volume negotiation and cross-functional team synchronization.
- Highly developed organizational capacity, capable of balancing multiple concurrent brand campaigns and influencer arrays simultaneously without reducing detail checking.
- Tech-savvy mindset with the capacity to pick up modern data dashboards, workflow automation suites, and creator tracking tools quickly.
- Self-motivated attitude, fully comfortable owning final performance outcomes and operating independently inside a fast-paced environment.
- Location Context: 100% remote-first operational framework open specifically to qualified creator managers residing across Argentina, Brazil, or Mexico.
Preferred Strategic Indicators (Nice to Have)
- Direct production-grade familiarity navigating project planning and video collaboration tools such as ClickUp, Frame.io, or similar platforms.
- Prior experience working inside high-velocity digital marketing agencies, creative studios, or fast-growing startup ecosystems.
What We Offer
- The exceptional professional canvas to run end-to-end media campaigns for the world’s leading consumer brands inside an elite creative agency.
- Highly competitive salary package calibrated accurately against your influencer marketing depth and agency background.
- Complete remote-first workspace freedom built around flexible working hours and deep individual ownership.
- Unlimited Time Off (PTO) allowances alongside covered corporate sick days to ensure you rest and recharge systematically.
