About Qventus: On this journey for over 12 years, Qventus is leading the total digital transformation of healthcare operations. We enable global hospitals and healthcare facilities to focus on what matters most: exceptional patient care. Our innovative enterprise software platform harnesses the power of machine learning, generative AI, and behavioral science to deliver industry-leading clinical outcomes, empowering care teams to anticipate and resolve operational bottlenecks before they arise. Backed by leading global tech investors, our mission-driven team collaborates with healthcare systems to unlock world-class medicine through world-class operational design.

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical, strategic, and process-driven Senior Client Success Partner to join our global Delivery and Success ecosystem under a permanent, full-time remote model open across the United States. Serving as the primary technical and operational engagement manager leading customer accounts from kickoff through go-live and ongoing adoption, you will step up to claim absolute account strategy, cross-functional project planning, and value creation accountability. Shifting completely away from routine medical entry logging, entry-level clinical desk coordination, or basic non-regulated retail software support, you will run an active enterprise healthcare deployment, change management, and client retention laboratory—partnering face-to-face with hospital executives, front-line clinical leaders, and internal Product and Engineering cells. This position requires an operational authority with 5+ years of healthcare consulting or professional services depth who handles provider-side implementations fluidly natively using Project Management paradigms, evaluates complex patient flow data patterns cleanly, and guides multi-stakeholder workflows confidently to maximize platform value across the entire account lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Core Account Ownership & Strategy: Serve as the principal, accountable leader for assigned healthcare enterprise accounts, driving deep strategic alignment from client executive boards down to front-line clinical end users natively utilizing Project Management frameworks.
  • Complex Implementation Orchestration: Architect and execute detailed, complex cross-functional project roadmaps with matrixed technical and operational teams, ensuring flawless product configurations and seamless system launches.
  • Business Outcome Engineering: Establish and define distinct, value-driven business outcomes for clients, clearly articulating the predictive value proposition of our machine learning and AI architecture.
  • Quarterly Success Planning: Construct thorough quarterly customer success blueprints that track timelines, coordinate core operational users, mitigate deployment risks, and measure platform adoption metrics.
  • Workflow Expansion & Retention: Proactively audit hospital operational patterns to identify new workflow use cases and expansion opportunities, driving continuous delivery value for both the hospital system and Qventus.
  • Cross-Functional Technical Liaison: Act as a critical technical bridge, gathering real-world field feedback and translating client workflows into actionable insights for internal product managers and software engineering squads.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • A minimum of 5+ years of verified professional history working within a premier healthcare consulting firm or operating in a senior professional services capacity at a workflow-oriented B2B SaaS company.
  • Mandatory Field History: Proven experience heading complex enterprise software implementation projects specifically situated within a provider-side, clinical healthcare environment.
  • Deep, practical knowledge of provider-side hospital operations, inpatient coordination, or acute care facility structures.
  • Demonstrated history applying strong quantitative, analytical, and data evaluation skills to solve complex operational challenges.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication strengths, with a natural ability to translate abstract artificial intelligence concepts into pragmatic operational guidance for medical stakeholders.
  • Travel Availability: Ability and willingness to travel up to 25-35% nationwide for localized client-site workshops and relationship building.
  • Location Context: Position operates under remote geographic guidelines open to qualified engagement leaders residing permanently within the United States.

Preferred Strategic Indicators (Nice to Have)

  • Prior experience managing commercial account growth, subscription renewals, or software upselling streams within the enterprise B2B space.
  • Comprehensive familiarity with acute care patient flow dynamics, emergency department scheduling challenges, and modern perioperative optimization software.
  • Formal experience or certifications in organizational Change Management methodologies.
  • Direct experience collaborating alongside engineering, QA, and platform development cells within an agile software startup environment.

What We Offer

  • Competitive National Compensation Structure: A competitive annual base salary range of $140,000 - $160,000 USD, complemented by comprehensive employee stock option awards to participate directly in our financial scaling.
  • 100% remote workspace flexibility across the United States, allowing you to spearhead healthcare transformation from your home office.
  • Open Paid Time Off (PTO): A flexible, high-trust vacation framework designed to let you refresh, supplemented by robust paid parental leave models.
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision healthcare options covering you and your dependents.
  • Dedicated corporate allowances including regular professional development funds along with wellness and technology stipends.
  • A generous employee referral bonus program and an inclusive, mission-driven team culture that celebrates visible real-world impact on patient lives.
