Position Overview
We are seeking a high-agency, commercially sharp Senior Client Operations Advisor to step into our high-stakes Special Operations seat. This is not a traditional customer success manager or relationship handler role; you are here to walk into the most complex, volatile, and escalated account situations in the business. Reporting directly to senior leadership, you will take absolute ownership of distressed, high-risk founder accounts. You will diagnose root-cause breakdowns across strategy, execution, and delivery layers, rebuild broken trust over live channels, and engineer tailored commercial recovery blueprints to protect company revenue without hand-holding.
Key Responsibilities
- High-Stakes Account Intervention: Own full remediation cycles for high-risk, escalated, or critical client portfolios, applying strict structured thinking from initial friction signals through to final contract resolution.
- B2B Strategy Diagnostics: Audit at-risk engagements to determine if failures stem from core offer positioning, cold outbound execution, team delivery, or misaligned expectations, building precise operational fixes.
- C-Suite Advisory Loops: Lead live advisory sessions with founders and C-suite stakeholders, reframing project timelines, challenging assumptions, and advising directly on go-to-market strategies and 90-day execution priorities.
- Commercial Revenue Recovery: Monitor portfolio engagement metrics proactively to mitigate churn risks, intercepting friction trends before they boil into formal escalations while identifying post-recovery account expansion opportunities.
- Escalation Framework Design: Extract architectural patterns across accounts to draft scalable retention playbooks, internal risk detection systems, and operational feedback templates for our executive delivery divisions.
- Meticulous Case Documentation: Enforce rigid, automated record discipline to ensure bulletproof continuity, clear internal pattern recognition, and leadership-level data accountability.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional history running client success, account management, elite B2B consulting, or senior operational leadership inside fast-growing agency or tech-enabled B2B spaces.
- Proven tracking history managing, de-escalating, and successfully recovering high-risk corporate accounts with quantifiable retention outcomes.
- Substantive background advising or working directly alongside founders, business operators, or executive sponsors under extreme financial or project pressure.
- Direct operational fluency with B2B sales engines, cold outbound pipeline design, product positioning, or growth strategy architectures.
- Outstanding executive presence, negotiation precision, and high emotional intelligence matched with a definitive bias toward commercial resolution.
- AI-Native Requirement: Highly fluent or native-level operational user of modern generative AI tools to maximize documentation speeds, content analysis, and communication output efficiency.
- Location Context: 100% remote-first operational framework open exclusively to qualified professionals permanently based in the United States, United Kingdom, United Arab Emirates, Canada, or South Africa.
