Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst with strong expertise in Business Requirements Documentation (BRD) and Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) to support business transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will collaborate with business stakeholders, product teams, and technical teams to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and design optimized workflows that drive operational efficiency and digital transformation.
This role requires strong analytical thinking, process modeling expertise, and the ability to translate business needs into clear, structured documentation and process diagrams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead business requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders across multiple departments.
- Develop and maintain detailed Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), functional requirements, and user stories.
- Create and maintain BPMN process diagrams to document current-state and future-state workflows.
- Analyze existing business processes to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings to validate requirements and process flows.
- Translate business requirements into clear specifications for technical teams.
- Collaborate with product owners, project managers, technical solution architects, and developers during solution design and implementation.
- Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) by preparing test scenarios, validating outcomes, and coordinating with stakeholders.
- Ensure traceability between business requirements, process models, and delivered solutions.
- Assist in change management and process documentation for newly implemented solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
- 5–8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Senior Business Analyst.
- 3-5 years working on large scale ERP implementations.
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment that is multi-site and multi-national.
- Strong experience creating Business Requirements Documents (BRDs).
- Hands-on experience with BPMN 2.0 process modeling.
- Experience facilitating stakeholder workshops and requirement elicitation sessions.
- Experience implementing complex Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Manufacturing Solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working in Agile and/or Waterfall environments.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and presentation skills.

- Experience with process modeling tools such as:

- Lucidchart
- GB Tec
- Qualiware
- Camunda Modele
- Signavio
- Visio
- Bizagi
- Familiarity with Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe).
- Experience writing functional requirements, use cases, and process flows.
- Certifications such as:
- CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional)
- PMI-PBA
- BPMN Certification
- Experience with Confluence, Jira and other tools to capture business requirements and documentation.
