About the Role: We are looking for a senior-level Brand Designer & Social Editor to lead the creative function of the company from the ground up. This is a rare opportunity to architect a complete visual identity for an established hospitality group, building brand guidelines from scratch and owning their execution across nine venues day-to-day.
What You'll Do
- Build a comprehensive brand book from the ground up, including colour palettes, typography systems, and brand archetypes.
- Develop tone of voice and copywriting guidelines, and establish brand governance frameworks.
- Manage daily artwork requests and menu maintenance across all nine venues with uncompromising accuracy.
- Create 20+ reels per month from quarterly photo shoot content and manage the social media content calendar.
- Redesign existing collateral to bring all venues into visual alignment and centralise all design assets.
What You Bring
- Senior art director or brand designer level experience—you have built or overhauled a brand before.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Illustrator, with strong Canva proficiency for day-to-day collateral.
- Solid video editing and reel production skills for Instagram and Facebook.
- Strong working knowledge of AI tools for design ideation and production efficiency.
- Bonus: Prior experience in a hospitality or multi-venue brand environment.
Benefits
- Competitive salary range of PHP 90,000 - 110,000 per month depending on experience.
- Rare opportunity to take full ownership of a brand's visual architecture.
- 100% remote work flexibility within the Philippines (working Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM AEST).
