Senior Accountant (6-Month Contract)

Core Responsibilities

Own the monthly accruals process, reviewing purchase orders (POs) and contracts in Coupa to determine what to accrue.

Support month-end and year-end close, ensuring the books are accurate, complete, and closed on time.

Prepare interim and year-end audit support, pulling documentation and building workbooks that back up the financial statements.

Assist in preparing financial statements, ensuring every figure ties out and resolving discrepancies such as rounding differences.

Prepare the annual stock option roll forward, using Carta reports to calculate weighted average stock prices and other figures for the financial statements.

Use prior-year work papers to investigate how balances were built and replicate them for the current year.

Support revenue-related work where needed.
