Position Overview
We are seeking a highly autonomous, channel-fluent, and relentless Senior Account Executive, National Accounts to lead our outbound enterprise acquisition strategy across major multi-chapter federations and national foundations under a permanent, full-time remote configuration open throughout the continental United States. In this high-leverage outbound growth seat, you will act as the principal hunter pioneering a new high-value sales motion—identifying, mapping, and closing bulk software licensing contracts. Shifting completely away from routine non-regulated inbound customer service ticket logs, entry-level web content entry, or basic transactional lead typing, you will run an active multi-threaded corporate procurement, C-suite relationship framing, and complex enterprise legal negotiation laboratory. Partnering cross-functionally alongside founding teams and growth engineers, you will map hierarchical organizational networks from national headquarters down to regional branches. This position requires a seasoned B2B SaaS sales authority with 5+ years of closing history who drives corporate pipelines fluidly natively using Sales Representative, Cold Calling, and Lead Generation primitives, commands complete mastery over lengthy sales cycles, and hits ambitious recurring revenue expansion targets independently.
Key Responsibilities
- National Account Acquisition Governance: Execute a comprehensive, highly aggressive outbound procurement strategy targeting C-level executives, VPs, and IT Directors across the country natively utilizing Sales Representative and enterprise metrics.
- Bulk Licensing Pipeline Instrumentation: Prospect, negotiate, and close complex multi-year bulk software license agreements with national headquarters of multi-chapter organizations, large foundations, and non-profit associations.
- Hierarchical Network Mapping: Map out complex, multi-layered organizational hierarchies and network structures to identify and influence key stakeholders at both national headquarters and local regional levels.
- Full-Cycle Enterprise Management Triage: Own the entire sales development lifecycle—encompassing outbound initialization, rigorous discovery, customized product demonstrations, legal contract redlining, final signature acquisition, and consecutive expansion loops.
- Customized Value Proposition Engineering: Tailor sophisticated financial and structural presentations to clearly demonstrate how fundraising automation solves efficiency, tracking compliance, and administrative overhead challenges across entire chapter franchises.
- Outbound Cold Outreach Sourcing: Develop, test, and execute highly personalized, high-conversion outbound plays natively deploying high-volume Cold Calling campaigns, targeted email sequences, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator tracking.
- Pipeline Tracking & CRM Management: Maintain meticulous, error-free operational metrics inside Lead Generation tools and Salesforce CRM environments to track sales velocity, manage pipelines, and accurately forecast corporate revenue.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- A minimum of 5+ years of proven, successful professional history operating as an Enterprise Account Executive, National Account Lead, Corporate Sales Director, Senior SaaS Closer, or closely matching tech-enabled business development capacity.
- Expert B2B SaaS Command: Verifiable track record closing high-value, complex software licensing arrangements and negotiating multi-threaded legal or technical procurement parameters with C-suite executives.
- Demonstrated, hands-on expert mastery running outbound client acquisition strategies—explicitly encompassing cold calling, customized executive emailing, and mapping enterprise org trees.
- Outstanding written, verbal, and textual presentation communication strengths in English, with an established background delivering highly compelling corporate software narratives.
- Location Context: Position operates under remote guidelines open exclusively to qualified enterprise sales and outbound development authorities residing permanently within the continental United States.
