About the Role: Sardine is a leader in fraud prevention and AML compliance, using AI and behavior biometrics to stop fraud before it happens. We are looking for a Senior Account Executive to join our Enterprise team and champion our value proposition in the Australia/New Zealand region. You will cultivate relationships with large banks, Global 2000 companies, and emerging fintechs to drive strategic deals.
What You'll Do
- Cultivate relationships with executives in Business, Technology, Risk, and Compliance departments.
- Conduct in-depth discovery sessions to understand the challenges and strategic priorities of potential clients.
- Manage end-to-end sales processes: from outbound prospecting to tailored demos, negotiation, and contract closure.
- Become an authority on Sardine’s product offering, creatively providing solutions that align with business challenges.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with the Growth team, BDRs, and Solutions Engineering to drive pipeline and close deals.
- Provide critical market feedback to internal teams to help shape our product roadmap.
What You Bring
- 5–8+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience with a proven track record.
- 3+ years of success selling into fintechs and neo-banks, with specific expertise in fraud and compliance.
- Extensive network of industry executives and leaders in the financial services sector.
- Demonstrated consultative sales experience and adeptness in managing complex, multi-threaded sales cycles.
- Exceptional communication and public speaking skills with strong financial acumen.
- Ability to work effectively in a highly matrixed, global, and remote-first organization.
