The Role

As a Seasonal Contracted Account Coordinator, you’ll be a vital part of our Design Studio Team—a liaison between the Artifact Uprising team and our amazing community. You’ll be on the front lines of customer communication, assisting with project vision, product information, and the swift resolution of any product or service issues throughout the busy holiday season. You’ll get exposure to the inner workings of an e-commerce business and what it means to give an exceptional customer experience.

This position requires a flexible schedule. Hours are dependent on volume and are not guaranteed. This position will start in October 2026 and may end as early as January 2027, depending on volume.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage daily direct email correspondence with Design Studio customers.

  • Gather project needs, provide custom pricing quotes, and offer product guidance to help find the right fit for each customer’s vision and budget.

  • Assist the DS team in various tasks to ensure a flawless customer experience.

  • Provide timely, accurate, and kind responses to customers.

  • Help customers with issues including website navigation, product questions, ordering and payment issues, and package tracking.

  • Be available for phone calls with design clients upon request.

  • Be available to work weekends, nights, and holiday hours as needed.

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years experience in a customer support position or other relevant customer-facing roles.

  • Experience using Zendesk is strongly preferred, but not required.

  • Fast Learner: Comfortable learning and working across multiple technology platforms, able to learn and pivot quickly.

  • Hard Worker: Ability to resolve issues rapidly and prioritize tasks in an extremely fast-paced/high-volume environment.

  • Outstanding Communicator: Strong verbal and written communication skills, able to connect with others efficiently, effectively, and empathetically.

  • Customer Advocate: Always putting customers first; constantly seeking innovative ways to help bring their vision to life.

  • Detail Oriented: Excellent attention to detail and proven ability to do so in the past.

  • Positive: Maintain a positive attitude, no matter the situation.

  • Team Player: Thrive in team settings, knowing that a win individually is a win for the whole team.

  • Value patience and kindness and consider yourself a good teacher.

  • Accountable, takes ownership, and is a self-starter.

  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred, but not required.

Nice to Have:

  • An existing love for our product and brand.

  • An interest in the world of design, art, and/or photography.

  • Experience in the e-commerce industry.
