About Clipboard Health: Clipboard Health is on an aggressive, tech-first mission to uplift as many local communities as possible. We do this through our advanced app-based staffing marketplace that instantly connects certified healthcare professionals with the medical workplaces and long-term care facilities that need exceptional workers. Founded in 2016 and standing as one of Y Combinator top elite tech firms, we have been highly profitable since 2022. As the undisputed leader in Long-Term Care staffing, we are rapidly scaling our digital platform layer into Home Health, Hospice, and major Hospital networks, expanding our distributed remote team to support millions of patients across North America.

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical, metrics-driven, and sales-focused SDR Manager to lead and scale our expanding In-Home sales vertical (encompassing home health, hospice, and home infusion lines) under a permanent, full-time remote framework open across the United States and Canada. In this high-leverage commercial leadership seat, you will step up to claim absolute team-building ownership, pipeline conversion optimization, and outbound quota attainment accountability for a brand-new vertical we are scaling from early traction to $100M. Shifting entirely away from routine data entry sorting, non-technical customer support ticketing, or backend software engineering, you will run an active high-volume cold outbound, cold calling, and representative performance tracking laboratory—partnering closely across internal Sales, Product, Marketing, and executive leadership teams. This position requires an outbound sales authority with a proven track record who structures prospecting cadences fluidly natively using Sales Representative paradigms, evaluates rep call scripts and email conversions cleanly, builds independent analytics data dashboards systematically, and coaches sales cohorts confidently to maximize qualified commercial opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • New Vertical Outbound Sales Governance: Drive, scale, and inspire a highly productive cell of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to systematically exceed output targets and pipeline contribution milestones natively utilizing Sales Representative methodologies.
  • Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Source, interview, train, and onboard fresh sales talent, building structured ramp curricula that translate into immediate, measurable outbound call conversions.
  • Call Quality & Script Auditing: Conduct rigorous, recurring call reviews, account allocations, and opportunity analyses to capture script friction points and maximize prospect qualification rates.
  • Data-Driven Coaching Matrix: Formulate custom coaching models and provide real-time qualitative feedback loops based on concrete data trends, documenting structured metrics for representative skill acceleration.
  • Custom Telemetry & Reporting: Pull independent funnel reports, interpret complex data sets, identify market demographic trends, and make proactive decisions to patch pipeline leaks.
  • Cross-Departmental Synchronization: Act as a primary operational partner to Product and Marketing cells, feeding field-tested outbound intelligence back into company lead acquisition campaigns.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven professional history operating inside a high-volume Sales Development Representative (SDR), Business Development Representative (BDR), or Account Executive capacity.
  • Mandatory Leadership Experience: At least 1+ years of active experience operating in a Sales Development leadership role, team lead capacity, or direct commercial management environment.
  • Demonstrated individual or managerial history of consistently hitting or exceeding outbound pipeline quotas and customer acquisition benchmarks.
  • Expert Outbound Sales Mechanics: Exceptional practical command over modern outbound prospecting frameworks, advanced qualifying structures, list validation, and cold outbound cold calling tactics.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication strengths in English, with an established capability to enforce performance accountability while maintaining high team motivation.
  • Location Context: Position operates under remote geographic guidelines open to qualified sales leaders residing permanently within the United States or Canada.

Preferred Strategic Indicators (Nice to Have)

  • Prior experience managing outbound sales or business development cells inside a fast-moving, high-growth tech startup environment.
  • Vertical industry exposure directly within the healthcare staffing, medical software, clinical solutions, or home health sectors.
  • Advanced proficiency manipulating modern CRM tools, automated outbound sequences (Outreach/Salesloft), and data reporting dashboards.

What We Offer

  • Frictionless Outbound Compensation Model: A competitive annual total On-Target Earnings (OTE) compensation scale of $170,000 – $200,000 USD/CAD composed of a strong base salary supplemented by lucrative variable commissions and executive bonus incentives.
  • 100% remote-first workspace freedom, allowing you to drive international healthcare marketplace expansions from your optimized home office.
  • Comprehensive health assurance parameters, providing premier medical, dental, and vision insurance packages.
  • Flexible vacation structures enabling you to balance intense startup execution velocities with regular intervals to rest and recharge.
  • Direct professional credentials built by scaling a disruptive, profitable tech marketplace alongside top-tier global talent.
