The Role

We’re seeking a Writer – Short-Form Content who excels in digital-first storytelling and creates engaging scripts for short-form learning and edutainment videos. This role focuses on video scripting, storytelling, audience engagement, and content performance—not traditional article or blog writing.

Key Responsibilities

• Write scripts for short-form learning, edutainment, and digital video content.
• Develop strong hooks, narrative flow, information structure, pacing, and CTAs.
• Simplify complex topics (e.g., Finance, Career, Business, AI, Social Media, Government) into clear, engaging, and conversational content.
• Create episodic formats, content series, and recurring content properties.
• Conduct research and fact-check information before scripting.
• Adapt scripts based on audience insights, language trends, and content performance.
• Collaborate with creative and production teams to ensure scripts are production-friendly.
• Use AI tools for research, ideation, drafting, and refinement while maintaining originality and accuracy.
• Focus on performance-driven content—creating scripts that make viewers stop, watch, understand, and continue watching.
