What You'll Do

- Strong prioritization skills and a data-driven, outcomes-focused mindset.
- Direct, clear communication skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals/OKRs.
- Bonus: Experience with scalable or tech-touch customer motions, or a background in education.
Benefits
- Competitive On-Target Earnings (OTE) ranging from $72,500 to $87,500 USD, plus incentive stock options.
- Comprehensive health/wellness benefits, including employer contribution to premiums and free access to the Calm app.
- Flexible PTO, 10 company holidays, plus winter break (Dec 24th - Jan 1st).
- Fully remote work flexibility within the US, including a monthly tech stipend.
