Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engineer

About the Role: Valtech is the experience innovation company that helps brands unlock new value in an increasingly digital world. We are looking for a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engineer (Developer) to deliver large and complex Marketing Cloud Engagement implementations within enterprise-grade digital transformation projects. You will act as a hands-on technical expert translating business needs into robust, scalable Marketing Cloud solutions.

What You'll Do

• Develop and configure SFMC components including Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Cloud Pages, and Content Builder.
• Build responsive, accessible, and performant email templates using HTML, CSS, and AMPscript.
• Configure Data Extensions, filters, and queries (SQL) to support advanced segmentation and personalization.
• Develop and maintain SSJS (Server-Side JavaScript) scripts for advanced logic and integrations.
• Integrate SFMC with CDPs (like Treasure Data) and implement APIs (REST / SOAP) to connect with adjacent platforms.

What You Bring

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience as an SFMC Developer on enterprise-scale programs.
• Strong command of AMPscript, SSJS, SQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript within the SFMC context.
• Proven experience with Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, and Mobile Studio.
• Experience integrating SFMC with CDPs, CRMs (Salesforce Sales / Service Cloud), and APIs.
• Bonus: One or more Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications (Developer, Consultant, Email Specialist).
