Position Overview

We are seeking a highly autonomous, channel-fluent, and analytical-minded Sales Operations Manager to hold absolute execution and pipeline governance over Radian Arc’s high-growth Cloud Gaming business division under a permanent, full-time remote configuration open across the Philippines. In this high-leverage sales enablement and systems seat, you will be the absolute owner of global revenue forecasting, commercial deal routing, and process optimization. Shifting completely away from routine non-regulated administrative data entry logs, basic visual template styling choices, or manual support ticket transcription, you will run an active multi-tenant pipeline metrics analysis, complex Google Sheets automation, and cross-functional deployment readiness laboratory. Partnering directly next to Sales Leadership, Solutions Engineering, Finance, and Product cells, you will build strategic workflows to eliminate operational bottlenecks and improve pipeline visibility. This position requires an operational authority with 5+ years of software or platform history who structures data frameworks fluidly natively using Sales Representative and revenue primitives, commands mastery over complex enterprise methodologies like MEDDPICC, and handles distributed communication across international timezones efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Global Pipeline Process Governance: Oversee and manage the complete operational lifecycle of the global sales funnel for Cloud Gaming opportunities, enforcing structured qualification metrics natively utilizing Sales Representative principles.
  • Forecasting and Metric Instrumentation: Build, scale, and maintain sophisticated sales performance reporting dashboards, tracking deployment milestones, subscriber growth tracking indices, conversion rates, and revenue metrics.
  • Data Telemetry & Spreadsheet Automation: Apply expert-level analytical models natively inside Google Sheets leveraging complex mathematical formulas, pivot tables, and custom workflow tracking sheets to maintain absolute data quality.
  • Commercial Deal Lifecycle Management: Coordinate and streamline quote, commercial proposal, procurement order, and contracting workflows across complex enterprise opportunities.
  • Cross-Functional Tribe Synchronization: Direct alignment between Sales Forecasting, Solutions Engineering deployment schedules, Product development milestones, and Finance readiness parameters.
  • Bottleneck Identification and Triage: Evaluate internal commercial system flows proactively, identifying operational friction points to drive continuous software standard optimizations.
  • Operational Standard Documentation: Author, catalog, and institutionalize scalable commercial operating playbooks, runbooks, and automated tracking templates to enable a rapidly expanding sales organization.
  • Onboarding and Sales Enablement: Lead structural onboarding and technical enablement training programs across the global sales force to optimize sales efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • A minimum of 5+ years of proven, successful professional history operating within a Sales Operations Manager, Revenue Operations (RevOps) Lead, Business Operations Analyst, Commercial Specialist, or closely matching tech-enabled business governance capacity.
  • Expert Enterprise Operations Command: Verifiable history supporting complex, long-cycle enterprise sales ecosystems inside an Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS), Cloud Software, Telecom Platforms, or high-scale technology environment.
  • Advanced operational tool literacy deploying advanced dashboards, metrics monitoring architectures, and financial forecasting trackers natively utilizing Google Sheets.
  • Thorough structural understanding of enterprise sales qualification frameworks and complex deal cycle methodologies (specifically MEDDPICC systems or identical formats).
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication strengths in English, with an established history translating complex technical metrics cleanly for both engineering cells and executive stakeholders.
  • Location Context: Position operates under remote guidelines open exclusively to qualified technology business operations leaders residing permanently within the Philippines (with extreme comfort collaborating across multiple international time zones).

Preferred Strategic Indicators (Nice to Have)

  • Prior technical or sales background navigating the specific commercial constraints of Cloud Gaming frameworks, 5G telecommunication ecosystems, edge computing layers, or AI infrastructure platforms.
  • Familiarity with lightweight automated workflow tools (such as Google Apps Script or low-code integration services) to maximize reporting speeds.
