Sales Operations Business Partner

About the Role: WeTravel is looking for a Sales Operations Business Partner to support the Sales Team and other functional areas. As an individual contributor, you will provide governance, process management, and enablement by partnering with Sales Leadership. You will be the go-to person to help create a frictionless selling environment by maintaining sales policies, rep accountability, and suggesting process improvements.

What You'll Do

• Work with Sales Leaders to drive pipeline development, management, and reliable forecasts.
• Gather and analyze information from business systems like HubSpot and Tableau to produce actionable reporting.
• Ensure data integrity and quality (Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, Leads) within HubSpot.
• Manage lead flow, validate transactions, and handle the process of correction and escalation.
• Work cross-functionally and lead projects to drive lead-to-cash optimization and eliminate revenue friction.

What You Bring

• 3-5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Support, or Business Operations.
• Experience with CRM programs (HubSpot, Salesforce.com, Sugar) and business analysis.
• Skilled at using data to understand and implement system user requirements that drive business priorities.
• Logical thinker with a talent and desire to create efficiency through business process improvement.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, high composure under pressure, and ability to handle ambiguity.
