Hello! We´re Abakus School - we’re a leading international school of neuromathematics and cognitive development for children aged 5–12, blending online and offline learning with a science-backed, neuropedagogical approach.
We're growing and looking for a part-time Sales Manager to join our team.
We need a cheerful person who knows the stages of sales and knows how to genuinely help clients find the right solution — and feel good about their decision.
A great product and a supportive team? We've got that covered.
Your Role requires to:
- Contact parents via phone and Whatsapp and guide them from initial inquiry through to a successful demo lesson.
- Speak with parents after the trial lesson and convince them to buy the course.
- Handle client requests, questions, and individual requirements.
- Manage customer interactions and transactions in AmoCRM in accordance with company procedures.
- Attend team meetings, manager reviews, and training sessions.
- Address customer objections and provide professional consultation to help clients select the most suitable educational plan.
- Build and maintain positive client relationships to support customer satisfaction and sales performance.
Requirements
Native-level Polish (because you'll work with polish clients)
Basic English (for internal communication with the team as it's international)
Experience in education-related, consultative, phone sales is required!
Tech-savvy: quick with tools like Google Workspace, CRM, chat platforms
Proactive, empathetic, and detail-oriented
Great at multitasking, reliable and organized
Team player with initiative, optimism, and a service mindset
Experience in customer support or education is a bonus — but your attitude and skills matter most
