Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated, proactive Sales Executive to join our growing business development team in a flexible, part-time remote capacity. In this critical lead generation role, you will take ownership of expanding our B2B client network by researching potential hotel partners, initiating outbound communication campaigns, and converting raw prospects into loyal enterprise accounts. Working from home, you will build strategic product demonstrations and contract negotiations, providing tailored visibility solutions to hotel owners. This role demands a goal-oriented sales professional who can navigate client requirements independently and thrive inside an entrepreneurial, fast-moving environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Outbound B2B Lead Generation: Identify, research, and profile prospective hotel clients through automated outreach initiatives and target data scanning.
  • Product Demonstration Execution: Host professional sales presentations and digital product demonstrations to illustrate Goroomsโ€™ platform capabilities to prospective hotel managers.
  • Customized Solution Consulting: Evaluate independent property challenges to recommend customized pricing strategies and profile management packages.
  • Cross-Functional Campaign Syncing: Collaborate with internal marketing cells to design and evaluate the performance of high-conversion lead acquisition campaigns.
  • Contract Negotiation & Closing: Oversee contract terms and close seasonal vendor agreements to satisfy designated monthly and quarterly sales pipeline metrics.
  • CRM Database Governance: Maintain structured, precise tracking records of all active sales calls, client feedback variables, and touchpoints leveraging corporate CRM tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Demonstrated professional history running cold sales pipelines, outbound lead generation, inside sales, or corporate business development.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication mechanics, with a proven capability to engage, persuade, and negotiate with business stakeholders.
  • Strong quantitative organization and time management habits, with a functional capability to work productively from home.
  • Familiarity navigating CRM tracking applications and standard spreadsheet software suites like Microsoft Office.
  • Location Context: Flexible part-time remote parameters open exclusively to qualified sales professionals permanently located across Chandigarh, Zirakpur, Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar (Mohali), or Panchkula nodes in India.

Preferred Strategic Indicators (Nice to Have)

  • Prior sales or customer-facing experience operating within the hospitality, hotel management, or travel technology fields.
  • Conceptual understanding of Online Travel Agencies (OTAs) parameters, channel managers, or digital hospitality marketing models.
  • Possession of a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or an adjacent commercial discipline.
