Position Overview
We are seeking a highly detailed, analytical, and process-oriented Sales Enablement Specialist, Learning & Events to own the operational backbone of our global Sales Enablement function under a permanent, full-time remote footprint based in Spain or Portugal. Operating within our Revenue Operations vertical, this role focuses entirely on behind-the-scenes execution and reliable workflow building. Shifting completely away from routine non-regulated customer support phone queues, entry-level styling edits, or basic web data entry, you will operate an active cross-functional event logistics, LMS configuration tracking, and corporate knowledge management database laboratory. Partnering directly beside distributed Revenue, Marketing, Finance, and People Ops divisions, you will build highly repeatable workflows that free up strategy leads to focus entirely on content creation. This position requires an operational professional with 2+ years of coordinating experience who handles organizational pipelines fluidly natively using Project Management, Virtual Assistant, and Spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets) primitives, tracks commercial budgets with extreme accuracy, and manages multi-stakeholder dependencies under tight, fast-moving deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- SKO and Event Operations Governance: Drive end-to-end event logistics for large-scale internal programs (100+ participants), controlling venue sourcing, vendor contracts, speaker coordination, attendee registrations, and on-site execution patterns natively utilizing Project Management best practices.
- Cross-Functional Fiscal Triage: Track annual enablement budgets, coordinate approval workflows with Finance leads, and execute clean vendor redlining pipelines without relying on close supervision.
- LMS Platform Administration Control: Administer our centralized learning management system (LMS), managing user accounts, student enrollments, certification tracks, and system completion records natively deploying Virtual Assistant primitives.
- Knowledge Management Infrastructure Tuning: Keep our database engines (Confluence / Notion) updated, maintaining landing pages, archiving outdated documentation, and ensuring brand guideline compliance across all platform channels.
- Data Literacy Metric Reporting: Produce comprehensive participation, program completion, and user engagement reports across enablement cycles natively leveraging Spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets) models to isolate trends or data anomalies.
- Feedback Analysis Engineering: Design and distribute post-program survey parameters, applying qualitative analytics to extract actionable insights for future enablement iterations.
- Operational Dependency Resolution: Anticipate project workstream bottlenecks, mitigate second-order operational consequences under pressure, and escalate blocker risks to internal leaders promptly.
- Productivity Automation Integration: Leverage modern generative AI tools and intelligent applications to systematically streamline data processing, operational templates, and summary reporting loops.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- A minimum of 2+ years of proven, successful professional technology experience operating as a Project Coordinator, Operations Assistant, Training Administrator, Enablement Specialist, or closely matching tech-enabled operational capacity.
- Expert Program Coordination Command: Hands-on track record organizing multi-threaded events or corporate training programs, with experience handling large distributed international audiences.
- Strong planning and analytical skills, with a structured, practical approach to resource constraints, timelining, and milestone prioritization.
- Outstanding written, verbal, and textual presentation communication strengths in English, with the capacity to tailor professional updates cleanly to senior stakeholders, external vendors, and cross-functional panels.
- An adaptable, stress-resilient performer persona characterized by strict execution discipline, strong ownership, and an uncompromised attention to microscopic details under high-volume deadlines.
- Location Context: Position operates under 100% remote parameters open exclusively to qualified commercial operations authorities residing permanently within Spain or Portugal.
Preferred Strategic Indicators (Nice to Have)
- Prior platform or operations background managing internal events explicitly inside enterprise SaaS, fast-moving corporate performance management, or global tech consultancy environments.
- Direct operational intimacy managing document spaces natively inside Confluence, Notion, Sana, or modern LMS software structures.
- Basic functional familiarity handling financial purchase orders, corporate invoicing, or multi-currency budget trackers.
