Job Description

About the Role: Deel is the all-in-one payroll and HR platform for global teams. We are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive top-of-funnel growth for the SMB segment in the ASEAN region. You will play a critical role in identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospective customers through inbound and outbound prospecting, directly contributing to pipeline development and revenue performance.

What You'll Do

  • Generate new business opportunities through inbound and outbound prospecting (email, phone, social, campaigns).
  • Identify, research, and qualify prospective clients, understanding their challenges and readiness to engage with sales.
  • Create and execute personalized outreach sequences and cold-calling campaigns to penetrate targeted accounts.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead and activity data in CRM and sales engagement tools.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to ensure smooth and effective handoffs of qualified opportunities.

What You Bring

  • Experience in a sales development, business development, or outbound commercial role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding pipeline-generation targets.
  • Highly organized and self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Experience with CRM systems and sales engagement tools.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment.
