Job Description

About the Role: SpyCloud is on a mission to make the internet a safer place by disrupting the criminal underground. We are seeking a UK-based Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support Western European sales efforts by penetrating new accounts, reaching decision-makers, and leading strategic conversations to drive a quality sales pipeline.

What You'll Do

  • Generate sales leads through outbound calling, emailing, event follow-up, and social media.
  • Respond to, qualify, and educate inbound leads until they are ready to speak with our EMEA Sales Director.
  • Effectively articulate the value proposition of SpyCloud solutions to senior decision-makers and security practitioners.
  • Maintain a high level of daily activity and ensure accurate tracking of all communications in Salesforce.
  • Work strategically with regional sales directors to profile accounts, identify key individuals, and assist in channel development.

What You Bring

  • 1-2 years of proven success selling cybersecurity solutions to a diverse mid-market and/or enterprise customer base.
  • Proficiency in modern sales tools, including Salesforce.com, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and SalesLoft.
  • Strong understanding of SDR, lead development best practices, and procedures.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven ability to work remotely, independently, and effectively in a collaborative team environment.
