Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated, tenacious, and systems-minded Sales Development Representative to join our core centralized Business Development sales collective in a full-time remote capacity across Texas. Operating as a critical strategic pipeline driver on our high-velocity lead acquisition pods, you will step up to claim true individual operational accountability for identifying, engaging, and securing qualified commercial opportunities through both high-frequency inbound routing and proactive outbound prospecting channels. Shifting completely away from routine passive message logging, basic administrative data entry typing, simple landing page text editing, or disconnected back-office documentation queues, you will run an active sales development laboratory—initiating relaxed, highly persuasive phone conversations with corporate prospects. This position requires an internet technology or SaaS sales veteran with a background in commission-driven models who targets enterprise accounts fluidly natively using Lead Generation frameworks, navigates high-volume prospecting queues smoothly natively using Cold Calling communications, and commands multi-tier discovery hand-offs confidently under strict monthly milestone goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Full-Lifecycle Account Pipeline Governance: Own, execute, and scale aggressive prospecting strategies to identify and generate high-signal commercial software opportunities across designated named accounts cleanly natively utilizing Lead Generation metrics.
  • High-Frequency Outbound Activity Domination: Conduct multi-channel client engagement tracks, initiating professional, strategic phone outreach initiatives and handling dynamic cold touchpoints cleanly natively utilizing Cold Calling parameters.
  • Monthly SAL and SQL Quota Execution: Meet and exceed assigned monthly Sales Accepted Leads (SAL) and Sales Qualified Leads (SQL) goals alongside core weekly activity key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Rigorous Inbound Prospect Qualification: Audit, vet, and evaluate inbound corporate prospects against strict baseline parameter frameworks established by the sales organization to ensure absolute lead routing alignment.
  • Persuasive Commercial Value Articulation: Thoroughly interpret 8x8 comprehensive cloud communication portfolio, value metrics, and competitive market footprints to articulate targeted solutions tailored directly to individual prospect pain points.
  • Seamless Executive Handoff Orchestration: Coordinate and host professional client handoff video assemblies and alignment sessions, pulling in corporate prospects, Account Executives, and Solution Consultants to compress transaction cycles.
  • Continuous Professional Skill Upscaling: Participate actively in extensive formal sales training modules, weekly ongoing tactical workshops, and close cross-functional mentoring structures led by ADR leadership and seasoned Sales Executives.
  • AI-Forward Operational Automation: Leverage advanced generative AI-enabled workflow tools and productivity companions to optimize content synthesis, manage research loops, and compound outbound messaging velocity.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Demonstrated professional history running introductory software-as-a-service (SaaS) sales, corporate business development, outbound account development, high-volume telephone account management, or creative agency consulting.
  • Mandatory Academic and Activity Background: Possession of a formal university Bachelor’s degree, paired with an absolute baseline fearlessness and grit to enthusiastically connect with new professional prospects over the phone every single day.
