About the Role: Cresta is on a mission to turn every customer conversation into a competitive advantage by unlocking the true potential of the contact center with AI. As a Sales Development Representative in APAC, you will be responsible for building the sales pipeline through outbound prospecting and inbound qualification across a diverse set of APAC markets.
What You'll Do
- Grow Cresta's customer list through personalized emails, calls, and creative social media outreach across APAC markets.
- Analyze market research data to develop strategic approaches to raise awareness and generate interest.
- Partner with account executives to conduct high-level conversations with executives and generate sales pipeline.
- Achieve monthly quotas of meetings, qualified opportunities, and pipeline generated.
- Draft effective and compelling messaging to engage targeted accounts.
What You Bring
- 6+ months of prior sales experience, preferably within a Software/High Tech company.
- Familiarity with Singaporean communication styles and Singlish is strongly preferred.
- Strong business acumen with a highly competitive, resilient, and self-starter personality.
- Ability to prioritize effectively and work in a time-sensitive, high-volume environment.
- Note: Must be based in Melbourne, Australia, with full working rights in Australia.
