Job Description

About the Role: Neo4j is the graph intelligence platform that transforms data into knowledge. As a Sales Development Representative, you will drive the growth of our pipeline, playing a key role in expanding Neo4j's footprint across strategic markets by qualifying inbound interest and converting it into Qualified Sales Opportunities.

What You'll Do

  • Own and respond to a high volume of inbound leads (Contact Us requests, MQLs, event leads) within an assigned territory.
  • Qualify inbound interest through structured discovery conversations to uncover business challenges and buying intent.
  • Convert engagement into Qualified Sales Opportunities and secure next steps with aligned Account Executives.
  • Leverage intent data and account research to prioritize inbound activity and tailor engagement.
  • Consistently meet or exceed KPIs for meetings held, opportunities created, and inbound conversion rates.

What You Bring

  • Minimum of 1-year applicable work experience as a BDR/SDR in a software company, and a B.A./B.S. degree.
  • Strong, effective phone skills, including excellent listening, presentation, and objection handling.
  • Attention to detail and proficiency with standard corporate productivity tools (Salesforce, Outreach, Zoominfo, etc.).
  • A hard-working, self-starter mindset with the ability to manage a high volume of activity.
  • Bonus: Experience in enterprise engagement or selling data/analytics/information-management technologies.
