About the Role: Givebutter is the most-loved nonprofit fundraising and CRM platform, empowering millions of changemakers. We are hiring an inbound and outbound Sales Development Representative to be the first point of contact for prospective nonprofit customers. You will play a critical role in driving the growth of our sales pipeline by generating and qualifying leads in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
What You'll Do
- Identify and research ideal nonprofit prospects using tools like LinkedIn, HubSpot, and other databases.
- Conduct outbound outreach via email, phone, and social channels to connect with potential clients.
- Qualify inbound leads and schedule discovery calls for Account Executives.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM (HubSpot) and optimize outreach strategies based on metrics.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to support campaign execution and lead nurturing.
What You Bring
- 1+ years of experience in a sales or outreach role (SaaS or nonprofit tech is a plus).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer-first mentality.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with experience managing a high-volume workload using a CRM.
- A self-starter attitude with a growth mindset, a passion for social impact, and a drive to exceed targets.

- Target Compensation: $60,000 base salary + $50,000 commission + equity.
