About Go Nimbly: Go Nimbly is the market-leading Revenue Operations (RevOps) advisory and technology innovator on an ambitious mission to turn operational friction into a scalable competitive edge for SaaS enterprises. We pride ourselves on creating the world’s best revenue operators, establishing a badass global brand built through innovative work and high-ownership growth mindsets. By breaking down organizational silos and developing purpose-built tools, Go Nimbly unifies internal applications and multi-tenant sales architectures—giving tech leaders the absolute clarity, system alignment, and operational velocity required to push business forward.

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly autonomous, full-stack fluent, and solution-driven RevOps Engineer (operating internally at the Engineer II tier) to join our elite Technical Architectural team under a permanent, full-time 100% remote layout open across key LATAM regions (including Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, Mexico, and Uruguay). In this high-leverage business systems and full-stack seat, you will independently navigate internal custom software products, scoping and executing technical modifications that elevate existing operations models. Shifting completely away from routine non-regulated administrative transcription logs, entry-level helpdesk ticketing, or basic keyword modifications, you will run an active data pipeline synchronization, CRM automation integration, and high-concurrency lifecycle testing laboratory. Partnering directly beside distributed Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations (RevOps) squads, you will translate cross-functional dependencies into modular codebases. This position requires a software engineer with 4–6 years of history inside the revenue operations space who structures digital systems fluidly natively using Next.js, Python, and React primitives, commands strong project management habits, and presents technical solutions clearly to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Internal Tooling Infrastructure Governance: Own, develop, and modernize full-stack internal web applications and system extensions to streamline operational flows natively utilizing Next.js and React best practices.
  • Polyglot Development Operations: Write, audit, and maintain clean, production-grade scripts and backend structures across highly varied development environments—explicitly using Python, Next.js, Vite, Bun, Node, JavaScript (client/server), HTML, CSS, and Apex.
  • End-to-End Delivery Lifecycles: Contribute actively across all software development phases—encompassing scoping definition, structural design, code execution, quality validation, and production support loops.
  • SaaS Metrics Integration Control: Establish, automate, and calibrate high-integrity data flow channels connecting full-stack services with core RevOps tooling ecosystems (such as Salesforce CRM and marketing automation hubs).
  • Effort Estimation & Rollout Triage: Architect future and historical data scenario simulations, estimating technical engineering effort, writing clean migration parameters, and executing zero-downtime system changes.
  • Open Source Architecture Instrumentation: Evaluate, implement, and configure cutting-edge open-source software libraries and clean design patterns to maximize underlying tech stack ergonomics.
  • Relationship & Presentation Management: Formulate deep cross-functional partnerships, acting as a technical advisor to present software roadmap implementations clearly to internal teams and executive circles.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • A minimum of 4–6 years of proven, successful professional software engineering history operating as a RevOps Developer, Full-Stack Engineer, Business Systems Architect, Backend Programmer, or closely matching tech-enabled automation capacity.
  • Expert Full-Stack & Language Command: Solid, hands-on production-grade fluency building components, handling server-side execution, and managing deployment parameters natively using Python, React, Next.js, and Node.js toolchains.
  • Grounded foundational literacy surrounding revenue acceleration frameworks—encompassing Marketing/Sales/CS pipeline metrics, B2B SaaS workflows, and multi-tenant CRM architectures.
  • Outstanding project management and organizational habits, with a verified ability to navigate complex coding scenarios and track multiple projects in parallel.
  • Outstanding written, verbal, and visual presentation communication strengths in English, with an established background delivering highly technical data breakdowns clearly to cross-functional audiences.
  • Location Context: Position operates under 100% remote guidelines open exclusively to qualified full-stack systems developers residing permanently within Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, Mexico, or Uruguay.

Preferred Strategic Indicators (Nice to Have)

  • Prior platform or consulting background executing complex programmatic configurations inside CRM database layouts (explicitly utilizing Salesforce Apex programming).
  • Direct operational familiarity setting up or integrating automated business rules into leading Marketing Automation platforms (specifically Hubspot, Marketo, Pardot, or Eloqua).
  • Experience running automated test scripts vs. manual scripting protocols to validate data-flow parameters across third-party API webhooks.

What We Offer

  • Top-Tier LATAM Software Engineering Remuneration Matrix: A highly competitive annual total salary grid calibrated precisely to your full-stack RevOps pedigree and database integration velocity, supplemented by equipment allocations.
  • 100% remote workspace infrastructure autonomy anywhere within Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, Mexico, or Uruguay, granting you ultimate lifestyle freedom from physical commuting blocks.
  • Venture-Scale Architecture Impact: Elite career landmarks achieved by architecting the primary internal apps, automation systems, and ledger data pipelines that optimize market execution for high-growth tech portfolios.
  • Access to an annual company camp offsite week to gather face-to-face, celebrate team successes, and map long-term engineering roadmaps.
  • Access to a highly transparent, decider-driven corporate environment focused deeply on employee self-betterment, offering clear professional career evolution tracks designed to turn you into a global industry leader.
