Position Overview

We are seeking a highly sophisticated, data-minded Revenue Intelligence Engineer to join our core global Revenue Operations team in a full-time remote capacity open anywhere within the United States. In this unique cross-functional engineering seat, you will work closely alongside the Senior Manager of Revenue Operations to bridge the gap between technical code architectures and complex commercial logic. Moving completely past generic CRM reporting setups, you will claim individual technical ownership over designing, extending, and maintaining our internal web applications, workflow engines, and automated insights platforms. This high-agency role demands a seasoned full-stack developer who loves a lean environment, brings hands-on experience utilizing modern AI coding tools to accelerate deployment velocity, and can seamlessly translate everyday GTM business pain points into production-ready software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Internal Product Feature Delivery: Architect, build, and optimize clean, scalable features for our internal web applications natively utilizing a modern tech stack composed of Next.js, TypeScript, and React.
  • Production-Grade Data Pipelines: Model, test, and maintain robust, high-availability data pipelines and automated API-driven integrations between core revenue engines like Salesforce and Gong.
  • GTM Strategic Alignment Loops: Partner directly with Customer Growth & Success (CGS) stakeholders across SDR, AE, AM, and CSM teams to translate client conversion roadblocks into an actionable technical roadmap.
  • AI Prompt & Framework Calibration: Evaluate, tune, and operationalize large language model (LLM) prompts, open-source AI frameworks, and third-party developer extensions to maximize the actionability of output data layers.
  • Architecture Playbook Documentation: Author foundational technical documentation registers and clean operational playbooks, ensuring that distributed standalone software applications remain easily maintainable over time.
  • Corporate Infrastructure Integration: Coordinate periodically with corporate data engineering, information security, and internal Enterprise Applications teams to ensure seamless cloud synchronization and data safety.
  • Technical Product Advisory: Provide patient, confident product recommendations to non-technical business leaders, using data and technical acumen to cut through ambiguous product criteria smoothly.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 3+ years of verified professional history running advanced software application development, backend data engineering, or highly technical Revenue Operations infrastructure.
  • Direct professional history building, extending, or maintaining internal data management software platforms natively tailored for commercial revenue or customer success teams.
  • Demonstrated experience using next-generation AI developer tooling and coding engines (such as Claude Code, ChatGPT, or Cursor) to safely accelerate software compilation.
  • Proven background designing custom data models, handling API mutations, and configuring infrastructure natively within the Salesforce developer ecosystem.
  • Practical architecture experience utilizing lean backend-as-a-service (BaaS) frameworks and cloud-hosting platforms (such as Supabase and Vercel, or Firebase, Railway, and Render).
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication mechanics, with an absolute capacity to present clear, data-driven software answers to non-technical business leaders.
  • Employment Authorization Constraint: Must possess existing valid legal authorization to work full-time within the United States of America without visa sponsorship requirements.
  • Location Context: Full-time remote-first parameters providing qualified full-stack engineers complete freedom to execute from home anywhere across the United States.

Preferred Strategic Indicators (Nice to Have)

  • Prior experience operating natively within a hyper-scaling B2B Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) corporate business framework.
  • Deep technical familiarity or custom API integration and web-hook building history with platforms like Gong and/or Outreach.
  • Familiarity with alternative server-side environments, including microservice scripts compiled via Python or Node.js.

What We Offer

  • Competitive Calibrated Compensation: An attractive national base salary range calibrated transparently between $128,300 – $180,000 USD per year, tailored precisely to evaluate your individual domain background.
  • The exceptional professional canvas to directly program, own, and advance the internal intelligence engines empowering multiple go-to-market and customer tracking cells.
  • Profound work-from-home remote parameters offering access to shared office hubs in NYC and Ireland or optional flexible local co-working venue stipends.
  • Immediate eligibility to access comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance protections, supplemented by basic corporate life insurance and mental health resources.
  • A company-matched 401(k) retirement plan, short-term and long-term disability coverage, and a fully paid parental leave tracking program.
  • Robust paid time off parameters, including up to 14 scheduled calendar paid holidays, up to 80 hours of paid sick leave, and flexible PTO for exempt engineering leads.
