Position Overview

We are seeking a Revenue Enablement Program Manager for a strategic builder-operator role focused on designing the internal frameworks that make sales enablement scale. This position acts as the vital connective tissue between our foundational systems architecture and day-to-day field execution. Supporting a revenue stack that includes SDRs, AEs, Sales Engineers, and Product Experts, you will design the workflows, launch the programs, inspect field performance analytics, and actively optimize operations using data-driven signal loops.

Key Responsibilities

  • Knowledge Architecture Governance: Own and scale Hex’s centralized internal database as the primary source of truth for global field teams. Establish strict guidelines for content maintenance, asset lifecycle loops, and push-and-pull information delivery models.
  • GTM Tech Stack Infrastructure: Architect, embed, and automate streamlined workflows across our core commercial tooling stack (Hex, Gong, Salesforce/SFDC, Notion, and Generative AI systems) in close alignment with RevOps.
  • Enablement Automation: Programmatically deploy asynchronous behavior reinforcement triggers, certification checkpoints, and proactive automated manager coaching alerts to ensure scalable skill verification.
  • End-to-End Sales Onboarding: Own the new hire onboarding experience—scoping curriculum maps alongside Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), tracking individual ramp milestones, and monitoring leading indicators of seller velocity.
  • Performance Analytics Tracking: Partner alongside data engineering units to instrument pipeline analytics, review ramp progression metrics, and trace overall enablement program ROI.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 4–6 years of professional experience spanning B2B SaaS Sales, Sales Engineering, Revenue Operations (RevOps), or Revenue Enablement program deployment.
  • Demonstrated success constructing, connecting, and optimizing structural workflows across varied GTM software platforms rather than simply running pre-built campaigns.
  • Hands-on mastery configuring standard tech stack backends: Salesforce, Gong, Notion, and modern productivity suites.
  • High-agency operator comfortable resolving process ambiguity and introducing clear structural frameworks without over-engineering documentation.
  • Proactive experimenter who actively utilizes modern generative AI tooling to drive internal execution efficiency.
  • Strong communication mechanics and organizational storytelling skills to capture field credibility across complex multi-tiered teams.
  • Location Context: Open to hybrid candidates in San Francisco, CA or New York City, NY (2x weekly in-office cadence required) as well as 100% remote candidates anywhere inside the United States possessing elite GTM workflow mapping track records.
