The Role

As a Resident Solutions Architect (RSA) in our Professional Services team, you will work with clients on technical big data challenges using the Databricks platform. This is a billable, customer-facing role where you will provide data engineering, data science, and cloud technology expertise to help customers get maximum value out of their data.

What You'll Do

• Build reference architectures, production-grade MVPs, and end-to-end AI applications.
• Guide strategic customers through transformational big data projects and 3rd party migrations.
• Consult on architecture design and implementation to drive successful adoption of Databricks.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Support to provide product feedback and resolve engagement-specific issues.
• Develop technical documentation and lead white-boarding sessions for client stakeholders.

What We Look For

• 10+ years of experience with Big Data technologies (Apache Spark™, Kafka, Cloud Native, Data Lakes).
• 6+ years of experience independently working on complex Big Data Architectures.
• Strong hands-on experience within the Databricks ecosystem.
• Proficiency in writing production-level code in either Python or Scala.
• Extensive experience working across Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Willingness to travel for onsite customer engagements within India as required.
